Discover the whakapapa of our storm works—how the original storm paintings created in Create a Book Togetherworkshops became the illustrated pages of Seeking Will, which then inspired the Storm Circles artworks and Seeking Our Way activations. This PDF shows how one form of art-making births another, and invites you to continue the creative journey.

Three creative activations using the Storm Circles artworks—invitations to map your storms, notice your companions, and explore how we navigate change together. Each activation includes reflection prompts and can be used individually or in groups, with tamariki or adults.

The three Storm Circles artworks created by Emma Hinton—visual explorations of how storms layer, scatter and spiral through our lives. These images emerged from photographing the collaborative storm-painting process and can be used as contemplative images, classroom posters, or inspiration for your own art-making.
